Apply for Large-Scale Manufacturing Investment Project (LSMIP) Status
A Large-Scale Manufacturing Investment Project (LSMIP) is a strategically important investment project involving the development of vacant city-owned land plots aimed at creating new jobs and attracting investments
The legal entity that acts as an investor must be registered on Moscow territory.
The building density of the capital construction facilities must be at least 8,000 sq. m per hectare.
At least 75% of the total floor area of the capital construction facilities must be designated for industrial use.
Investments in the implementation of the LSMIP must amount to at least RUB 140,000 per sq. m.
Under the LSMIP program, investors may lease vacant land plots that are free of capital construction facilities for the construction of industrial facilities at a preferential lease rate of RUB 1 per year for the duration of construction.
Available land plots are located across various administrative districts of Moscow. In addition, the city is actively developing large areas within the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky Administrative Districts, where specialized industrial clusters are being established, including food production and construction materials clusters.
